The new format of session discussion – the dialogue with authorities – was held at the one of the most important events of the real estate market this year the Ukrainian Annual Real Estate Summit 2014. The discussion involved the heads of departments of Kiev City State Administration, participants of permanent commissions of Kiev City Council, as well as Kiev Investment Agency and Vinnitsa Regional Center for Investments and Development. The Ukrainian Annual Real Estate Summit 2014 took place on November 27th at the Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv.
Among the main questions of the discussion were plans and projects of Kiev City State Administration in the field of construction, investment potential of Kiev, as well as example of Vinnitsa’s experience in investment attraction.
Among the people engaged in the discussion were Oleg Mistiuk, Kiev Investment Agency (KIA), Aleksands Gavrysh, director at Vinnitsa Regional Center for Investments and Development, Aleksander Spasibko, director of the Department of Construction and Housing of the KCSA, Georgy Yasinski, secretary of the Permanent Commission of Kiev City Council on Budget and Socio-Economic Development, Aleksei Polischuk, director of the Departments of Land Resources of KCSA, as well as Andrei Vavrysh, deputy director of the Department of Urban Planning and Design of KCSA. Vitliy Boiko, KIA and Timur Bondarev, Arzinger held the session.
Guests of the summit, professional real estate players, were able to ask questions. The main topics, which were touched in the course of the discussion, were practical mechanisms to attract investments in the infrastructure and social projects of Kiev, registration of rights and prolongation of land rental agreement, organization of parking in the city, energy efficiency of buildings, as well as private-public partnership. Besides, one of the topical questions of the discussion was restoration of land auctions in Kiev.
Oleg Mistiuk, GM at Kiev Investment Agency expressed his hope for the readiness of real estate players to cooperate, which is crucial for the full realization of all ideas, laid the foundation. «We are open to communication and, by acting together with participants of the industry, we could make a real breakthrough in the field of real estate. There are some ideas we can put into action even right now, there are also global ideas we can realize by the mid of the next year. I think, thanks to your interest and your support, we will be able to achieve good results», - Oleg Mistiuk said.
